The machine can process changing package dimensions and batchwise box dimensions of the same size fully automatically.
The strapping processes are triggered by a light curtain control system.
The safe and durable sealer is fitted with a heating blade. All functions, settings and messages can be quickly and easily set and read via a touchscreen control.
The fully automatic machine is equipped with ultrasonic height detection of the cardboard boxes, enabling different strapping tensions to be selected fully automatically for different heights.

The strapping machine processes PP strapping with widths from 6 mm to 15.5 mm.
For package strapping, the strapping band is guided around the package by the user and inserted into the guide channel of the strapping machine. Tensioning, sealing and cutting of the strapping is carried out independently by the strapping machine.
The semi-automatic strapping machine is equipped with sealer temperature control, which can be set precisely for each strapping band. After switching on the strapping machine, a green LED indicates that the set temperature has been reached and that the strapping machine is ready for operation.
