Chemie-Faser Ebnat AG is a family-owned company in Eastern Switzerland with over 40 years of experience in the production of PP strapping.
Chemie-Faser Ebnat AG works together with dealers from all over Europe and offers tailor-made solutions according to customer specifications for all strapping systems, in addition to an extensive standard range of PP strapping bands and strapping tools.
2018
Purchase and commissioning of the first recycling facility.
2017
Expansion of the production area and complete relocation of production to Poland.
2009
Relocation of the 1st production plant to Poland and start of production.
2008
Laying of the foundation stone of a greenfield investment and construction of a production hall in Poland.
2005
Further ultra-modern production facilities for narrow stripping band production put into operation.
2002
Thomas Jäger joins the company; he has been heading the third-generation family business as managing director since 2005.
1975
Continuous expansion of production lines and storage capacity for raw materials and finished products.
1973
Continuation of the company, founded by Ernst Jäger senior in 1971 in a former weaving mill, by Ernst Jäger junior.
